1. Is the image on your site an accurate representation of the artwork I will receive?

Yes, but please keep in mind the characteristics of the substrate that it’s placed on, and the difference in color between your computer monitor and a printed image. The visual quality will not be as vibrant on the site as the printed image, but all works are made to order to ensure the highest quality.

2. Are the item measurements detailed on your web pages accurate?

Contemporary Design Interiors authenticates the measurements of all the images on our pages.

3. Does my order come ready to hang?

Our designer wallpaper does come ready to hang, but we suggest professional installation for best results. To find an installer in your area, visit National Guild of Professional Paperhangers (NGPP). For additional information and options about wallpaper, visit Wallpaperinstaller.com as
it's the largest database of wallpaper installers on the planet.

Our lenticular prints are not framed, so you can customize the display of your artwork in a manner specific to your space. Our giclee pieces arrive stretched and ready to hang.

Ordering Instructions


1. How do I submit my order?

PayPal is our preferred method. Select the products you wish to order by clicking on the “add to my cart” button located next to the product image.

When you're ready to complete your order, click "Secure Checkout," follow the easy instructions to complete your order, and select your payment option. PayPal accepts all major credit cards from most countries (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express), checks, and money orders.

2. Is purchasing online secure?

With Contemporary Design Interiors, purchasing online using PayPal is completely safe and secure. PayPal uses the latest security technologies, which include data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. Furthermore, they are the industry standard for completing online transactions.

3. If I have a problem while submitting my order what should I do?

4. Can I terminate an order after it has been submitted?

Yes. To terminate an order, you must cancel it within 24 hours of the job completion. Our products are made to order and created only after payment is received. To cancel an order promptly, email us at info@contemporarydesigninteriors.com, and we will refund any money you may have already paid.

5. Do you offer wholesale or corporate discounts?

For purchasers that wish to buy large quantities of items, we offer wholesale pricing. Please email us at info@contemporarydesigninteriors.com with the size, quantity, and format, and we’ll quickly get back to you with a quote.

Shipping Questions

1. How will my order be delivered?

Items are professionally packed for safe arrival. We use a variety of carriers to ensure our customers receive the most competitive prices.

2. Is it possible to have my order sent to a post office box?

We can deliver to post office boxes within required criteria. The United States Postal Service will deliver packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a post office box. Packages that exceed the criteria will have to be shipped to a street address.

3. How do I know that my item has shipped?

Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with a link to the carrier's tracking page along with your parcel’s tracking number. If for any reason you do not receive this communication, please contact us at info@contemporarydesigninteriors.com.

4. When will my order arrive?

Delivery time for our designer wallpaper, lenticular, and giclee prints may take up to 10-14 business days. Please contact us at any time during the period before shipment for your order status. Larger orders will have increased production time, and delivery times are quoted on a project-by-project basis.

International Shipping Questions

1. Will I be charged taxes and duties?

You may have to pay taxes and duties to claim your parcel. Contemporary Design Interiors has no regulation over foreign taxes and duties. We advise you to contact your local customs bureau for more detailed info.

Return Policy

1. Does Contemporary Design Interiors offer refunds?

Contemporary Design Interiors pieces are individually made to order; therefore, we cannot offer refunds. In the event that a package arrives damaged, refuse it from the carrier and a replacement will be sent. If you prefer, you can send a color swatch to ensure the color of the design will match your space.
